Shipping FAQ

How do I change the shipping address for my order or my billing information?

Just head to the orders section in your account page and hit the "details" button next to the order or subscription in question. From there you'll be able to customize all the specifics of your request, including the shipping address. If the order has already shipped and has a tracking number, you will not be able to change the address.

How often do you ship?

We ship from Monday through Saturday. The daily cutoff is 2:00 pm est If your order is received after this time your order will ship the next day. We tell you when items will send both in the shopping cart and your receipt (by email). Want your order to arrive sooner? Choose expedited deliver where available. If you ever need to ask a question about an order, click the “Help” button in the lower right corner of your screen and we'll do our best.

Expedited Shipping Options

Need a package shipped faster? We have two expedited shipping options for you to choose from during checkout! Once you have given a shipping address, a list of shipping options will generate for you on the shipping page. You can modify your shipment date and even expedite your order by upgrading to 2-day and 1-day (available for most products). Your shipping address will determine all expedited shipping costs. The cutoff for expedited orders will be 12 pm est daily. Any orders placed after 12 pm will ship a day later.

If I need to expedite my order will I still receive free shipping?

Free shipping only applies to standard shipping within the U.S and our standard shipping options provided via USPS.

What if I want my package to arrive on a specific date?

We can't guarantee that a package will arrive on a specific date because shipping errors can occur from time to time, but we are happy to adjust your shipping date to get as close as possible to particular arrival time. Our shipment days fall from Monday through Saturday, and standard shipping is 3-6 business days, but the majority of our boxes make it to their destinations within 2-3 business days.

What shipping carriers do you offer?

We use USPS, UPS, and FedEx when necessary. The carrier determined by your address and the lowest possible prices we can offer you. We will do our best to make sure everything moves as smoothly as possible.

What if I need help?

Help is a simple click away. On every page of our website we have a “Help” button in the lower right corner, click the help button to submit a ticket where our Customer Care reps will be standing by to help you with any problems or request. We are always doing our best to improve your overall experience, so during working hours “Live Chat” is sometimes available.

Where are you located and do you ship internationally?

Our corporate headquarters located in the beautiful Garden State of New Jersey is where we call home. We are happy to say we are a female owned American business. We do our best to put our customers first with outstanding customer care. Currently, we only ship to some international locations with new countries being added all the time as new shipping routes become available. You will see if your country is available when you get to the checkout page.
